In total, nine apprenticeship trainees for the job titles industrial clerk, technical product designer, electrician for industrial engineering and precision mechanics made their way into the working world at ZIPPE Industrieanlagen GmbH on the 2nd of September 2013.
From this date, a new milestone began for these nine young people as they started their apprenticeship at company ZIPPE Industrieanlagen GmbH. Depending on the job profile, they will be acquainted with different tasks of the respective subject fields and departments according to a training schedule for their apprenticeship that will generally last 3 to 3 ½ years. Moreover, theoretical classes at the corresponding vocational business schools are part of the program.
Company ZIPPE Industrieanlagen GmbH currently employs around 200 workers, 26 of whom are apprenticeship trainees. Due to the trainee quote of approx. 13%, we are one of the top companies with an apprenticeship program, also in a regional perspective. The managing directors have always placed great emphasis on an apprenticeship program as an “apprenticeship is a great investment for the future”. Many of the employees who were trained at ZIPPE are still successfully working for the company today, also for more important functions.
For the formalities of an orientation day event of their first work day, the new trainees were welcomed by the managing directors, directors of human resources, and training personnel who familiarized them with all the necessary information about the company of their apprenticeship. Now new exciting challenges are ahead of the junior staff members who will tackle them with curiosity and an eagerness to gain progressive knowledge.
