Successful Control System Upgrade!

One of our core competencies is upgrading existing control systems – even when they were not originally supplied by us. This time, we tackled a truly challenging project in Colombia, and we are proud to announce its successful completion!

Project Highlights:

• Upgrade of an old third-party control system
• Replacement of complete control cabinets – manufactured in our state-of-the-art production facility in Germany
• Installation of a new high-availability SCADA system based on Siemens WinCC
• Use of our weighing indicators Z-BWS-102 with remote displays Z-DISP
• Networking of multiple PLCs and implementation of a VPN connection for remote support

Thanks to our dedicated team and outstanding manufacturing capabilities, we were able to significantly improve the plant’s efficiency and reliability.
