Assembly of Zippe batch house for Vetropack in Italy making good progress

At the end of April this year, Zippe started assembling the batch house for the Swiss glass group Vetropack in Boffalora sopra Ticino, Italy.

In the meantime, most of the silos have been lifted in and the assembly of the equipment has begun.

The order will be handled by Zippe on a turnkey basis. The plant will supply two melting furnaces. The two cullet return systems are also part of the Zippe scope of delivery. The plant is scheduled to go into operation in spring 2023.
