The following employees were recognized for their years of service:

10 Years

• Katharina Zippe-Sproll: With a degree in Political Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Katharina joined the company as a trainee. She later served as deputy to the then Head of Human Resources, Siegbert Leinberger, and has been leading the HR department since 2020. In her demanding role, she adeptly balances employee needs with organizational goals.
• Matthias Blum: A graduate engineer (FH) and expert in steel and civil construction, Matthias is a cornerstone of the company’s sales department. He oversees international projects in the USA, Morocco, and Indonesia, as well as internal construction initiatives. His technical expertise and organizational skills make him an invaluable asset.

20 Years

• Stefan Link: A computer scientist specializing in SCADA programming, Stefan excels in handling various systems. His dedication and wide-ranging expertise have significantly contributed to the success of the software department, earning him the respect of his colleagues.
• Florian Beuchert (graduate engineer): Florian quickly rose through the ranks after completing his dual studies, becoming a successful project manager. Having managed over 30 projects, his reliability and structured communication have earned the trust of numerous customers.
• Patricia Väth: A stalwart in project accounting, Patricia oversees payment schedules and dunning processes. Balancing family life with her husband’s overseas assignments, she exemplifies remarkable dedication and professionalism.
• Anja Sorg: As a foreign language correspondent, Anja manages employee secondments with unwavering reliability and a friendly demeanor, earning admiration from colleagues and clients in France.

• Christian Landeck: An experienced project manager, Christian has completed over 70 projects during his career. His technical expertise and methodical approach are highly respected by colleagues and customers alike.

35 Years

• Sonja Dosch: Renowned for her dedication to spare parts management, Sonja’s willingness to embrace new challenges and her warm demeanor make her a cherished team member.

40 Years

• Peter Tolvaj: A seasoned construction site manager, Peter has represented Zippe in numerous countries over decades.
