Single or double strand scraper conveyors and individual wear-resistant cladding to trough bases are “made to measure“ to suit the customer’s specific requirements. Their length depends on the discharge points of hot waste glass.

The manufacture of flat glass generates rejected sheets of glass; these can be reliably crushed using ZIPPE float crushers. The granulometry of the glass can be flexibly adjusted within wide limits. Roller crushers which are properly designed to suit the requirements placed on them (e.g. with several pairs of rolls) are used for the preliminary crushing of glass waste. The waste can then be safely conveyed to the final crushing stage.
